Cancellation - general guidelines
Order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped. Once it is shipped, customer must initiate a return process which can be obtained on the

Cancellation - special order items
Certain items such as furniture items and most of Dutailier Gliders & Ottomans are special-ordered items. Cancellation on special-ordered items will
incur 3% processing fee if requested within 7 days after order date. After 7 days period, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the total order.
